New cfo
Warm welcome to our newest team member Emil Wolff as AB-Inventechs new CFO.
Emil comes from a position as CFO of the R&D Companies. He has been responsible for the overall finance function and led the finance department. He played a key role in the sale to the US Based company MTS Systems Corporation, where he subsequently also led the integration process for finance, accounting, US GAAP and SOX Compliance. In 2020, Emil was appointed to the board of all R&D companies and to the holding company of MTS in Denmark, which is the holding company for all the R&D Companies. Academically, his background is in economics, with a masters degree in Business Economics and Auditing.
We welcome Emil aboard in his new position in ABI

AB Inventech invest in solar power
AB Inventech has decided to install large solar system on the roof of our largest factory hall. It will produce 55% of the needed electricity for all our facilities in Ikast. The system includes a PV generator surface of approx. 880 m².
So, by May we will be producing electricity to the benefit of the climate and the company and the yearly reduction in CO₂ emissions is estimated to 80 tons.
At the same time AB Inventech has made an agreement that all remaining need for electricity will be covered by 100% green energy, and this agreement is already in effect.
AB Inventech is dedicated to safeguard our environment and support the green transition agenda.

For the fourth time AB Inventech has been named as a Gazelle company. “We have been through a fantastic journey growing our core business for wind turbine blade production equipment” says Niels Kirkegaard, CEO of AB Inventech A/S and add “We are proud to be named as Gazelle company for the fourth time and supported by the green transition, we see strong growth prospects in the future particularly with in the Wind turbine industry”.
A gazelle is a company that over four consecutive years have experienced significant growth and overall, at least doubled its revenue. If the company is not reporting revenue but only gross profit in its published accounts, growth calculation is based on published gross profit.

We specialize in the development of technologies and production equipment for automation of blade and tower manufacturing and processing of composite components like carbon spar caps, fiberglass sheets etc. We will focus our visit to HUSUM Wind, on future automation processes in composite components and ergonomic handling equipment.

XL SURFACE TREATMENT
AB Inventech A/S is currently laying the last hand on a major automation project at AMBAU GmbH in Cuxhaven, Germany. The project interduces automated surface treatment of large wind turbine towers segments. The technology includes automation of the grit blasting, metallizing (thermal arc spraying) and the paint processes. Our delivery also includes installation of a high-tech paint kitchen.

AMBAU GmbH produces foundation structures and components for off- and onshore wind energy units.
The project will support AMBAU GmbH position as one of the leading wind turbine tower manufacturers in Europe.
AB Inventech A/S have in recent years develop our expertise in automation of surface treatment processes. Our experience includes automations such as; Sand blasting, Grit blasting, Metallizing (thermal arc spraying), Paint robot, Dry lube application etc.
